It is with esteemed joy and jubilates that I greet you as the fifteenth Governor of The Northeast District-The National Association of Negro Business and Professional Women’s Club. The Northeast District was established in 1959 is the largest district of seven districts in our organization. The Northeast District includes eight states: Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New York, New Hampshire, Northern New Jersey, Rhode Island, Vermont and the Island of Bermuda.

 Our national headquarters is located at 1806 New Hampshire Ave, N.W. Washington, D.C., 20009. We were founded in 1935 by negro business and professional negro women who saw a need to help those communities who were less fortunate.  We are a non-profit organization.

We are excited that you clicked on to our website. Please take your time to browse our site to learn about us but most importantly we hope that you will become a member of our Association as you gather more information about us.  We are committed and dedicated to serving all people in our communities where we live. We have and still are partnering with many community service organizations. We would like you to join our team to continue the good works and sisterhood of this great organization.

It is important for us to spread the word, share our focus, mission and purpose. It is our heartfelt belief that we are to promote and protect the interests of African American Women: to serve as bridges for young people seeking to enter business and professions: to improve the quality of life in the local and global communities and to foster good fellowship amongst us in our community.”

We are “Change Agents” our activities, programs reach beyond the borders of the United States to International and Global territories. We are an integral part of the United Nations and have partnership with multiple programs and projects that have impact our global world.

I, charge you today to seize this opportunity to become a member of National Association of Negro Business and Professional Women’s, Inc. Bring the whole family because our membership categories are adults, young adults, youth division and ombudsmen and member-at large.  Come on board we are waiting to embrace you with open arms.

We are business owners, professionals from all spheres, entrepreneurial, informatics, technology, electricians and more.
